Our parcels are picked up from our workshop by our shipping service provider GLS on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon and then make their way to you.

The delivery time depends on your place of residence. Normally, our packages are delivered within 1-3 working days after collection. If your package still hasn't arrived after a week and you can't find any information in your emails, use the contact form.

As soon as your jewelery has been packed, you will receive an email from us informing you that your delivery will soon leave our workshop, including all shipping information.
Our shipping partner GLS will also send you an email as soon as they have processed your delivery. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find either of these emails. If the emails are not in your spam folder either, use our contact form and we will help you find your package.

You can see all information about your sending status in an email from us as well as from GLS, which will be sent to you as soon as your jewelery has left our workshop.

The job of the delivery company is not easy, and unfortunately it happens again and again that parcels end up at the parcel shop, even though you were there. We understand your anger. Unfortunately, we can only influence this to a limited extent, as this problem is caused by your regional delivery man. If delivery problems occur frequently, please let us know and we will try our best to fix them.

You are welcome to return your jewelery to us 14 days after receiving the delivery if you do not like it.

Use the original packaging for the return and pad and seal your jewelry carefully.
Use the contact form to inform us about your return shipment and let us know the shipment tracking number. As soon as your jewelery has arrived in our workshop, your purchase price will be transferred.

You are not satisfied with the jewelery you have ordered and would like to exchange it for another product or a voucher?
No problem, in this case we even cover the return costs of your order.
Use the contact form and let us know which products you would like to exchange. We will take care of your request and you will receive your return label by email. Pack your jewelry in the original packaging, attach the label and hand in your delivery to the nearest GLS shop . As soon as your shipment has arrived in our workshop, we will take care of the exchange or your voucher.

In the case of returns, you will receive your purchase amount transferred back to your payment account. With an exchange, you exchange your order for another product or a voucher.
In the case of an exchange, we will pay the return fees for you. If you return the item, you must carry it yourself.

In the case of a return, you have 14 days after receipt of the shipment to inform us and arrange for the return.
In the case of an exchange, you have 30 days after receipt of your shipment.

Please use our contact form and inform us about the defect within the first 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

As soon as your return has arrived in our workshop, we will take care of the return transfer. The payment process can take 2-3 working days depending on the payment provider you use.

Yes, gifts can also be returned or exchanged within the 14 or 30 day period.
Refunds can only be made to the first payment account used.
For an exchange, use our contact form and tell us your shipping address and from whom you received the jewelry.

Unfortunately, made-to-measure products and individual items cannot be returned.

All prices already include VAT. Tax refunds for business customers are not possible via the online shop.

As long as your jewelry is not on its way to you, you can request a change to your order at any time. Inform us via the contact form or use the telephone number given there.

Donna Rachele Jewelry is not defined by the price. Our main focus is to offer you high-quality products at a fair price. The price does not dictate the product and we do not compromise on the desired quality in order to achieve a lower price.

Yes, free products can also be returned or exchanged within a period of 14 or 30 days.
The repayment is made to the payment account that was used to carry out the order. Further information on returns can be found in the "Returns and exchanges" menu item.

You will receive an email with the voucher code when purchasing the voucher. This can be printed out and given away. We are happy to send our vouchers, if the option has been selected, by post to the address provided with a personalized message.
